UNOFFICIAL MINUTES OF REGULAR SCHOOL BOARD MEETING

THE SCHOOL BOARD OF BELLE FOURCHE SCHOOL DISTRICT 9-1 MET IN REGULAR SESSION ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2011, AT THE BELLE FOURCHE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT CENTER with President Beverly Banks presiding and members Kim Brill, Tammy Clem, Mike Day, Marilyn Huston-Engle, Nita Justice and Sue Whitman present. Administration present: Superintendent Steve Willard, Business Manager Susan Proefrock, Principals Patrick Deering, Kevin Smidt and Mathew Raba, Activities Director Clay Anderson, Director of Buildings and Grounds Greg Boyd and Special Education Director Caleb Case. Visitors: Allie Verry, Emily Carr, Jen Roberts, Charla O'Dea, Bill O'Dea, Wendy Larson, Adam Hurlburt, Milo Dailey and Students of the Month and parents.

Unless otherwise noted, all Board action was by unanimous decision.

President Banks called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.

Banks led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Motion Day, second Whitman to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried.
